The goal of this program is to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through practical STEAM projects.
Entrepreneurship Training Program
The Entrepreneurship Training Program offers comprehensive training designed to equip youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to start and run successful businesses. The program also covers essential topics such as; Business Planning, Financial Management, Marketing Strategies, Operational Management, and Business Leadership.
Mentorship and Coaching
The Mentorship and Coaching connects youth with experienced entrepreneurs and professionals in the community who provide personalized guidance and support. This will include one-on-one mentorship with successful entrepreneurs and group coaching sessions.
Capacity Building Initiatives
The Capacity Building Initiatives focus on enhancing the leadership, communication, and project management skills of youth. The initiatives include workshops, seminars, and hands-on projects aimed at building these essential skills.
Resource Hub
The Resource Hub provides youth with access to tools, materials, funding opportunities, and information critical for starting and growing their businesses. It serves as a one-stop-shop for all entrepreneurial and career development resources.
Employability Enhancement Skills
The Employability Enhancement Skills aims to improve the job readiness of youth by providing them with critical skills and opportunities. The programs include resume writing workshops, interview preparation sessions, and networking events.
STEM / STEAM
- The STEM Program is designed to provide youth with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This program aims to enhance technical skills, foster innovation, and inspire interest in STEM-related careers and entrepreneurship. The curriculum includes coding, robotics, data science, and other emerging technologies.
- We added “Art” which applies to soft skills, creativity and innovation.
